Yoga Teacher Training

Bhavana Yoga Teacher training is a complete practice. It seeks to align each person with their highest nature and teach them how to be comfortable within themselves physically, mentally and emotionally.

Learn through your own experience by intuitively exploring asanas in a fun and non-competitive environment under the guidance of well-trained instructors. Our instructors are dedicated yogis who will work selflessly to help you through blocks that may arise during your training.

As you learn about yourself, your awareness and ability to relate to others with love and compassion grows. Use this understanding to become the best teacher you can be. Bhavana Yoga is committed to graduating teachers who not only understand the physical postures and philosophy of yoga but have an experience of its true meaning.

Our 2019/2020 Teacher Training is already underway, but expressions of interest are open for the next course. In the meantime, you can experience a taste of the YTT through our Weekend Workshops.

You can also join us or one of our weekly yoga classes. Check out class times and prices, here.
