Self-reflection, meditation is a natural human quality. We are born with this ability. It is not something someone else gives to us. It is not something that comes from the outside. It is not something we have to achieve. We simply have to remember how to do it. The Ashram offers a variety of programs where you can begin, or re-discover your own meditation practice, or simply deepen your existing practice.
Satsang is the highpoint of the week at the Sri Nityananda Ashram and is a festive and vibrant event. It is the perfect program to attend if you’re visiting the Ashram for the first time. Satsang means ‘to keep the company of Truth’. In Swamiji’s company, we hear the teachings of the Great Beings and the inner Self, chant, and meditate. Held every Saturday night from 7.30pm.
The Meditation Intensive is a full-day program dedicated to Shaktipat, the inner awakening. This is the only program at which Swamiji awakens the inner meditative energy of the seeker known as Kundalini, by touch. Awakening the inner energy is at the mystical heart of spirituality. Once awakened, meditation and peace come easily. The Intensive is suitable for all levels of meditators, from beginners to advanced. Next Intensive Byron Bay Sunday August 12 .
Self Inquiry Groups
Remove your blocks and expand your energy. Shiva Process groups are held every Wednesday evening and one-on-one sessions are available by arrangement.
